DTech Limited Warranty



Limited Warranty 

All DTech products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months/unlimited miles from date of purchase by the end user. We will replace any part that fails during the warranty period and is determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If defective product is replaced it will be warranted for either the remainder of the original warranty period or 120 days, whichever is longer. We will also pay standard labor rates and times for product removal and reinstallation.

This warranty applies to product used under normal operating conditions and service. Repairs, modification, disassembly, or any other alteration of DTech products from their original condition are not covered by this warranty. Warranty will not be extended to failures caused by incorrect installation or application, modification, contamination, negligence, or abuse. The warranty does not extend to diagnostic time, incidental or consequential damages.

If you feel you have a potentially defective DTech product and want to return it for evaluation, please call DTech Customer Service at
(800) 648-4720 or e-mail them at cs@dipaco.com. They will advise you of the process to follow and issue you a DTech case number. Claims are processed using the DTech Expedited Claims Process.  Claims should be made within 15 days of the incident date.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. This revised warranty policy is effective for all DTech product sold on or after January 1, 2012.
