DTech is introducing our Improved remanufactured 6.0L injector. DTech has sold 6.0L reman injectors for over 4 years and we have a significant amount of experience on what is needed in a successful injector. These improvements and our updated specifications are the best practices we have developed through performance and warranty analysis.
Below are some of the features that sets this injector apart from the others:
• NEW Spool matched to DTech clearance specifications.
• NEW Plunger matched to DTech clearance specifications.
• Each nozzle meets DTech flow, leakage, and needle lift specifications.
• Sealing surfaces are lapped to DTech flatness specifications.
• Check all assembly and key characteristics meet DTech specifications.
Acceptable injector core must be returned within 60 days or a $150 core fee per injector will be charged to your account.
Retail customers will be charged the refundable core fee at the time of sale and then receive credit when the core is returned.
