About Us DTech is the brand name for new and remanufactured diesel fuel injection assemblies from DIPACO. DIPACO has been providing diesel parts to the aftermarket for over 60 years. The DTech web site is a destination for businesses involved in the repair and sales of automotive related diesel fuel injection parts as well as the do-it-yourself mechanic. Payment Terms We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Sorry, we cannot process C.O.D. shipments. Credit card orders will be billed through DIPACO. Businesses involved in automotive repair or parts distribution may be eligible for an open account. Please contact us at dtechsales@dipaco.com for credit information. Sales Tax Sales tax will be charged at the applicable rates based on current regulations. Currently sales tax will only be charged to Nevada residents without a resale number on file with DTech. Shipping Terms UPS is the preferred shipping company for orders placed through the DTech web site. Orders received prior to 3:30 PM Pacific time will be shipped the same day. Shipping charges are the based on the total weight of your order, at published UPS rates, but may arrive in more than one box. There will be no additional charges to you when backordered items are shipped. Order Status To check on the status of any order, click on the My Account tab at the top right of the web site then click on See Orders. Product Returns Return any part to us with 30 day of the original shipping date and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, less a 20% restocking fee. Please submit a product return request by going to our Customer Service tab and clicking on the Customer Service menu item. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 1 business day. We require all returns to have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your credit card. Shipping charges for any product return are the responsibility of the customer. All returned parts will be inspected for use or shipping damage and the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. Shipping Errors Or Parts Damaged In Shipment Please notify us immediately of any shipping errors or damaged shipments by going to our Customer Service tab and clicking on the Customer Service menu item. We will contact you within 1 business day and take of the problem immediately. Warranty Returns Products sold on the DTech web site are covered by specific manufacturer warranties. These warranties can be found by going to the Customer Service tab and clicking on the Warranty menu item. Warranty claims must be submitted by going to our Customer Service tab, clicking on the Customer Service menu item, and completing the customer service form. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 1 business day. We require all returns to have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your credit card. Warranty returns may be subject to inspection/analysis by the manufacturer before credit can be issued. Core Returns Core returns are the responsibility of the customer who bears all core return shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Core returns must be either in the box/container the original unit was shipped in our suitable replacement packaging. A copy of the original invoice(s) must be included with the core return or we cannot process the return. Core credit will be issued only for the part numbers and quantities purchased. Cores must be returned within the time frame specified in the detail information section for each part and meet the core acceptance criteria for that part.
